Donna is an accomplished athlete with over 18 years experience within the health and fitness industry and is well known for her crazy teaching style and hard core training sessions. Donna uses her personal and professional experience to design programmes to get awesome results in the shortest amount of time.

Sharon Clare is a  qualified level 4 advanced personal trainer & specialist in obesity & weight management. Sharon has a passion for both sports performance training, health & wellness  & nutrition . Using  skills from many aspects of fitness from kettlebells , HIIT training &  primal moves to weight training.

Sharon is also an international natural physique athlete herself  & by combining her personal fitness experiences, qualifications & knowledge with the No Lippy programme  - this will create awesome results. With fun packed & creative training sessions & a proven results driven  packages – you will achieve your weight loss & fitness goals!

Jenni comes from a lifetime in sport excelling at badminton, rowing and athletics. Jenni enjoyed further success in triathlon, including selection for the GB age group team at the 2010 World Championships in Budapest. Since stepping back from competitive sport, Jenni has focussed on developing her skills as a Personal Trainer. Her priority now is to encourage women of all ages to improve their health and fitness as part of a balanced and holistic lifestyle. As a busy working mum herself she understands the demands of balancing family life and career but from her own experience she knows that being strong and fit is a key aspect of having the physical and emotional energy to cope with the daily demands of kids, work and life! Jenni is excited to be joining No Lippy Boot Camp down south and looking forward to rolling out the classes soon.

Chris Carter is a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Health & Fitness Coach, Circuit Trainer and Pilates Instructor, and has been dedicated to training men and women professionally at all levels of fitness for ten years. Previously an experienced dance trainer, Chris is renowned for her unique technique in bringing out the best of physical performance in people with exhilirating results. Her boot camp sessions are filled with fun and variation, and are guaranteed to motivate each individual in the group to achieve their own personal goals.

Julie is a fully qualified group fitness & Etm instructor and a level 3 personal trainer. She has worked in the industry for a number of years teaching a variety of classes ranging from spinning to les mills bodypump & body combat and most recently metafit. Specialising in ladies only training she has a deep knowledge of how the female body works & how to achieve maximum results while also making sessions enjoyable. Julie is very passionate about fitness and this shows in her sessions, always delivering challenging and effective workouts with cracking results everytime.

Jo Brett is a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist having worked with American Footballers, current pop stars and actors alike. Her sessions are always challenging and she believes that results are proof of the effort and fight the individuals puts in to achieve them.

Chela Collingbourne is an American trained personal fitness trainer & nutritional specialist and a Martial Artist who also holds a Diploma in Sports Science. Chela has studied many forms of Martial Arts such as Krav Maga, Boxing and Muay Thai, She has taught fitness in many forms from MMA and weight training to pole dance, boot camp and stretching. She has always had a passion for sport and fitness and creates a Fun Filled, Butt Kicking boot camp!!

Michelle Lee is a fully qualified fitness trainer and ETM instructor. Michelle has taught a variety of classes including spinning, aerobics, advanced step, Pump FX, Stomp FX, Boxercise, Bums & Tums and stability ball. Michelle is always keen to brush up on her fitness knowledge and skills by attending regular workshops and training days to ensure she can deliver the most up to date training techniques and exercises. Michelle likes to ensure she delivers a fun session whilst getting the very best out of her participants to achieve their own personal goals…..you will leave each session feeling positive, energetic and eager to return for the next butt kicking session!!

Louise Scott was an amazing gymnast for 15 years of her life and attended a brutal training camp in the Ukraine training with world class Russian coaches then leading on to becoming third in the British championships in sports acrobatics at the age of 17. Health and fitness has always been a very important part of her life and she will strive to make people happy doing whatever it takes to get results.

Louise will do interval training with cardiovascular work mixed with, kettlebells, agility ladders, harness work, resistance bands, boxing pads and gloves and many more exciting sessions.

Louise is qualified to level 3 Personal Trainer as well as BTEC national diploma in Sports Science and fitness instructor level 2.
